What do you collect?
- Account details: your email, name and the plan and programs on your account.
- What you add to programs: property addresses, photos, measurements and notes you enter.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number; we receive your plan, payment status and the card's last four digits.
- Basic logs: times, pages and error codes our hosts keep briefly to run the service.
How is it used?
To run the programs you use, manage your account and billing, keep the service secure, and improve it. Property data you enter stays in your account and is not shown to other users.
Do you sell data or use ad trackers?
No. We don't sell personal information and don't use third-party ad trackers. Any sponsored listings will be labeled and won't be targeted using your personal data.

- Vercel (hosting)
- Cloudflare (DNS and security)
- Stripe (payments)
- An account provider (sign-in)
- Database, file storage and AI providers used by individual programs

How long is it kept?
While your account is open, and afterward as long as needed for taxes, disputes and fraud prevention.
Can I see or delete my data?
Yes. Email us to get a copy, correct it, or close your account and delete it, except records we must keep by law.
Children
Terralox is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
